Refund Policy — SMM Leap

Digital goods (SMM Services, Software Subscriptions) — wallet-only refunds

1. Overview

Because SMM Leap provides digital goods (software scripts, themes, modules), refunds are limited. This policy explains when refunds are allowed, when they are not, and how to request one.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds are allowed **only** in these cases and will be issued as credit to the customer's SMM Leap panel wallet (we do not refund to bank accounts or cards):

  • Duplicate payment processed by mistake.
  • Product not delivered due to an error on our side (e.g., payment received but download link or license not provided).
Important: Approved refunds will be credited only to your SMM Leap panel wallet — we do not issue refunds back to bank accounts, cards, or third-party payment processors.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products that have already been downloaded, installed, or for which a license key has been issued.
  • Change of mind or inability to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge or unsupported hosting.
  • Requests for refunds arising from third‑party policy violations (for example, usage blocked by social platforms).
  • Any other case not listed under Eligible Refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at officialsmmleap@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Order ID
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • A brief explanation of the issue and why you believe a refund is warranted

We may request additional information to verify the claim.

5. Processing Time

If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your SMM Leap panel wallet within 7–10 business days. Actual posting time may vary depending on internal verification procedures. Note again: refunds are wallet credits only.
